Vatican Pope Francis and al-Azhar Sheikh Imam Ahmed al-Tayeb have kissed the world today in the face of religious tolerance. The kiss was realized after the two leaders of Catholics and Muslims signed the document of reconciliation for fighting radicalism and religious extremism at the Global Brotherhood Conference that collects religious clergy around the globe in Abu Dhabi, reports Reuters and transmits Periskopi. The photo that echoes their kiss is shot by Reuters’s Tony Gentile photographer.
